Our Washington DC dentist office is committed to providing our local community with top-of-the-line dental care and services. For this reason, any fees we charge are the same for all patients, insured or not. We do everything we can to ensure our patients have access to their necessary dental care treatments regardless of their financial circumstances. This is why we accept a wide range of payment and insurance options. Learn more about the payment and insurance options that we accept in our Capital Hill dentist office.

Payment Options

We are a fee for service office. Unless other arrangements are made, we ask our patients to make payments at the time of service or pay online prior to your appointment. We currently offer the following options for payment.

  • Cash or check
  • Credit cards – Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover
  • Payment plans – Our office is happy to offer payment plans to ensure that your dental care is affordable. Payment plans are flexible, and excellent for patients without dental insurance or for patients in need of extensive dental care. After establishing a treatment plan, if you would like to finance your payments, we offer an interest-free option with CareCredit, a dental credit card company.

How to utilize your dental benefits (insurance) in our practice

Although we do not contractually participate with dental insurance companies, we do work closely with all PPO dental benefit companies.

Some benefit providers pay 100% of our fees for specific procedures and a percentage of fees for others. This is why we prefer to verify a patient’s benefits so we can share with them the reimbursement that will be provided by their dental benefit provider at the time of treatment. Patients will be reimbursed directly by their individual dental benefits providers.

We are happy to file a patient’s dental benefit claim on their behalf. Most claims are now submitted electronically so turnaround time is extremely fast.

We will help any patient review and select a dental benefit plan that will fit a particular course of treatment or dental care for the patient or family.
